Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
